Corsair went full-remote in 2018. 


While still managing operations for Corsair I jumped back into a full-time hands-on role, to bolster sales/recruiting volume due to a much smaller staff. Daily activities included: new client development and direct source recruiting while continuing to support, lead, advise senior staff.   


2001 - 2018

Founded after the devastating economical crash post 9/11, at our height we reached over $3.5M in revenue by building a core group of (8-10) recruiters and salespeople, all entry level college graduates with little to no industry or business experience. Corsair is operated as a high net/low-cost contingency organization. 


Our focus is engineering talent acquisition within the Massachusetts and New Hampshire marketplaces on a contract (20%) and full-time basis (80%). 

As the owner, I am singularly responsible for every operational, sales, recruiting, training, hiring and budgeting aspect for Corsair. 


Our strength and main reason for success is our focus and employee tenure. We excel at multiple placements per client reaching the 30+ placement mark with several of our main customers. We also benefit greatly from our core group of recruiters and account managers, with tenures lasting 8-15+ years of employment while battling through huge economic swings and a constantly evolving staffing industry. 


Modis, Inc., Salem, NH 1991 – 2001

Managing Director


Managing Director of an $18M branch for $2B staffing giant, Modis, Inc., based in Jacksonville, Florida.  Recognized as “Most Profitable Branch” based on Average Gross Spread per Consultant of more than $30.00 per hour, and an average annual Gross Profit Margin of 30%. That success was fueled by our commitment to high spreads, negotiating increases for high producing consultants, continuous employment for our consultants and our pure profit full-time placement revenue of ~$1M annually. 


Managed day-to-day operations for a staff of 10-12 recruiters/salespeople, 2 administrators and 125 Consultants on assignment.

Implemented several joint training endeavors across all Modis branches for recruiting as well as being a key contributor in new CRM software selection for all branches nationally. 


Negotiated RFP’s, RFQ’s and vendor agreements on both the branch and corporate level on a weekly basis. 


Our focus was engineering talent acquisition within the Massachusetts and New Hampshire marketplaces on a contract and full-time basis. 


Worked autonomously and was singularly responsible for every P&L, operational, sales, recruiting, training, hiring, and forecasting/budgeting, collections, legal actions, and new office buildouts-- aspect for the branch.

Highly successful individual contributor on a small highly skilled team of recruiters and salespeople. My full-desk (taking on both recruiting and sales/client development responsibility) produced on an annual basis over $5M in consulting revenue running 30 + consultants and $100K-$200K in fulltime billing annually. Promoted to Managing Director of Salem, NH branch after acquisition by Modis, Inc.
